منصة "جِزت" (الموقع www.jeztapp.com وبوابة الويب وتطبيقات الجوال) مملوكة لشركة صدى التسويق، وهي الجهة المتحكمة في بياناتك الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، وكيف نحميها، وحقوقك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
بيانات المنشأة: الاسم، السجل التجاري، الرقم الضريبي، العنوان، معلومات التواصل، والبيانات البنكية لمزودي الخدمة.
بيانات المستخدمين: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، الجنسية، ورقم الهوية أو الإقامة، وجداول العمل.
بيانات المركبات: رقم اللوحة، الموديل، رقم الهيكل، رقم الاستمارة، والسائق المرتبط.
بيانات العمليات: الطلبات، الكميات، المبالغ، المحطة، التاريخ والوقت، والأرصدة.
صور الإثبات: صور عدّاد المضخة ولوحة المركبة وعدّاد المسافة، والبيانات المستخرجة منها آلياً.
بيانات الموقع: لعرض المحطات القريبة، ولتتبع مركبات التوصيل أثناء تنفيذ الطلبات.
بيانات الجهاز: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح والجهاز، وسجلات الاستخدام.
لماذا نعالج بياناتك؟
تنفيذ الاتفاقية وتقديم الخدمة: الطلبات، الدفع، المحافظ، والتسويات.
منع الاحتيال والتحقق من كل تعبئة، بما في ذلك قراءة الصور وتحليل الاستهلاك.
توفير خدمات الدفع الآجل (BNPL) وبرامج التمويل لمن يطلبها.
تحليل استهلاك الأسطول وإصدار فواتير وتقارير ضريبية دقيقة.
الامتثال للأنظمة المالية والضريبية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
التسويق، فقط بعد موافقتك، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
المعالجة الآلية
تستخدم المنصة أدوات آلية لرصد المؤشرات غير الطبيعية، مثل اختلاف الكمية عن عدّاد المضخة أو عدم توافق التعبئة مع المسافة المقطوعة. تُعرض هذه المؤشرات للمراجعة البشرية قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء، ويحق لك الاستفسار عنها.
مسؤولية المنشأة عن بيانات موظفيها
عند إضافة بيانات السائقين أو الموظفين، تقرّ المنشأة بأن لديها الأساس النظامي لمشاركتها وبأنها أبلغتهم بهذه السياسة.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط بالقدر اللازم مع: مزود الخدمة المنفّذ للطلب (اسم السائق ولوحة المركبة وتفاصيل الطلب)، والمنشأة التي يتبع لها المستخدم، والبنوك وجهات الدفع والتمويل، ومزودي الخدمات التقنية الملتزمين بالسرية، والجهات الحكومية عند الطلب النظامي.
نقل البيانات خارج المملكة
لا ننقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة إلا وفق لائحة نقل البيانات الشخصية خارج الحدود الجغرافية للمملكة وبالضمانات التي تتطلبها.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة الحساب وللمدد التي تتطلبها الأنظمة، ومنها الأنظمة الضريبية والتجارية، ثم نتلفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.
أمن المعلومات
نحمي البيانات بالتشفير والتحكم بصلاحيات الوصول والمراقبة وفق متطلبات الأمن السيبراني الوطنية. وفي حال وقوع تسرّب، نُبلغ الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) خلال 72 ساعة، ونُبلغ المتأثرين دون تأخير غير مبرر.
حقوقك
وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. نرد على طلبك خلال 30 يوماً، ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى سدايا.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية لتشغيل الموقع وتحليل استخدامه، ويمكنك التحكم بها من إعدادات المتصفح.
الإفصاح القانوني
سنفصح عن أي معلومات نجمعها إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب النظام (مثل الامتثال لطلب حكومي أو قضائي)، ولحماية حقوقنا وسلامة مستخدمينا.
تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنُشعرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر المنصة أو البريد الإلكتروني.

The Jezt platform (www.jeztapp.com, the web portal and the mobile apps) is owned by Sada Al Tasweeq LLC, the controller of your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.
Information we collect
Entity data: name, Commercial Registration (CR), VAT number, address, contact details, and bank details for Service Providers.
User data: name, mobile number, email, nationality, national ID or Iqama number, and work schedules.
Vehicle data: plate number, model, chassis number, registration number and linked driver.
Transaction data: orders, quantities, amounts, station, date and time, and balances.
Proof photos: pump meter, number plate and odometer photos, and data read from them automatically.
Location data: to show nearby stations and to track delivery vehicles while an order is in progress.
Device data: IP address, browser and device type, and usage logs.
Why we process your data
To perform our agreement and deliver the service: orders, payments, wallets and settlements.
To prevent fraud and verify every fill, including photo reading and consumption analysis.
To provide Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and financing programmes to those who apply.
To analyse fleet consumption and issue accurate, VAT-compliant invoices and reports.
To comply with the financial and tax laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
For marketing, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Automated processing
The platform uses automated tools to flag unusual activity, such as a paid quantity that differs from the pump meter or fills that don't match the distance driven. Flags go to human review before any action is taken, and you may ask about them.
Employer responsibility for staff data
When an entity adds driver or staff data, it confirms it has a lawful basis to share that data and has informed those individuals of this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with: the Service Provider fulfilling an order (driver name, plate and order details), the entity the user belongs to, banks and payment and finance partners, technology providers bound by confidentiality, and government authorities under a lawful request.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
We only transfer personal data outside the Kingdom in line with the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom and the safeguards it requires.
Retention
We keep data for the life of the account and for the periods required by law, including tax and commercial regulations, then destroy or anonymise it.
Information security
We protect data with encryption, access controls and monitoring in line with national cybersecurity requirements. If a breach occurs, we notify the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed, to access your data and obtain a copy, to request correction, to request destruction, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond within 30 days, and you may lodge a complaint with SDAIA.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to run the site and understand its use. You can control them in your browser settings.
Legal disclosure
We will disclose information we collect where required by law (such as a government or court request) and to protect our rights and our users' safety.
Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email.
