Jezt Specific Service Terms: In addition to general website usage, by using Jezt services, you agree to:

• Fleet Management: The entity is solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle and driver data entered into the system.

• Credit & BNPL Services: All credit facilities are subject to risk assessment and approval by Sada Al Tasweeq LLC and comply with the financial regulations of Saudi Arabia.

• Payments: Clients are obligated to settle all invoices within the specified credit period to maintain active service.

License & Restrictions: Unless otherwise stated, Sada Al Tasweeq LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all material on jeztapp. You must not:

• Republish or sell material from jeztapp.

• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized financial activities.

Content Liability: We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your account or results from incorrect data entry by the user.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Riyadh.

مرحباً بك في جِزت! تحدد هذه الشروط والقواعد التنظيمية لاستخدام موقع شركة صدى التسويق (Sada Al Tasweeq LLC)، والمتاح عبر www.jeztapp.com. بدخولك إلى هذا الموقع، فإننا نفترض قبولك لهذه الشروط والأحكام بالكامل.

الملكية الفكرية: ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك، تمتلك شركة صدى التسويق و/أو مرخصوها حقوق الملكية الفكرية لجميع المواد المنشورة على "جِزت". جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية محفوظة.

شروط الخدمة الخاصة بـ "جِزت": بالإضافة إلى شروط الموقع العامة، تخضع خدماتنا للآتي:

1 إدارة الأسطول: المنشأة مسؤولة عن صحة بيانات المركبات والسائقين المضافة للمنصة.

2 خدمات الدفع الآجل (BNPL): تخضع جميع التسهيلات الائتمانية لسياسات التقييم الائتماني الخاصة بشركة صدى التسويق وأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

3 السداد: يلتزم العميل بسداد المستحقات المالية في المواعيد المحددة لتجنب تعليق الخدمة.

إخلاء المسؤولية: إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لن تكون شركة صدى التسويق مسؤولة عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن سوء استخدام الحساب من قبل العميل أو فقدان بيانات الدخول.
